How Can severe Pain Behind The Navel Be Treated?

Hi. I have had mild to severe pain just behind my belly button and now also to the right of it. This has been going on for about two months now. Sometimes I can feel a lump to the right side of my belly button. sometimes not. It feels like an alien trying to get out.

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a surgeon. It can be an umbilical hernia. You may need some surgery for its treatment.
